List of rooms in different hotels is prepared for Congress participants at special rates. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. In order to book a room in a hotel you prefer, we highly recommend to do so as early as possible. Room booking procedure requires to send credit card details to Congress Secretariat as a guarantee for your reservation. Availability of hotel rooms can be guaranteed not later than 30 days prior to the Congress. Yet we will make our best to fulfill your requests.

Please note that all reservations are based on a first come first served basis. If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated. ViaConventus will, however, make every effort to comply with your request.
Credit Card Guarantee
The credit card information you provide with regard to accommodation will be used towards the hotel as well as to Congress Secretariat ViaConventus to guarantee your room reservation. In case of no-show, arrival after the reserved date, or departure before the reserved date and late cancellation, ViaConventus or the hotel my charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to 1 night fee. Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Confirmation of Hotel Booking
The Hotel Booking will be confirmed by email after we receive the credit card details. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Congress are strongly recommended to contact Congress Secretariat.
