Notification of acceptance / rejection will be sent to you in the form of e-mail message by 19 April 2010. If you do not receive notification e-mail by that date, please contact the Congress Secretariat. The corresponding author (the one who submitted the abstract) will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing all co-authors of the status of the abstract. Please note, that accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book only from registered authors, who will participate in the Congress.

After finishing submission procedure, confirmation of receipt of the abstract you submitted will be sent to your stated e-mail address immediately. If you do not receive the confirmation message, it is a sign that submission procedure has not been completed successfully. Should this case occur, we kindly ask you to re-submit the abstract. Please note that this confirmation is for informative purposes only, meaning that your abstract has been acknowledged for review by the Scientific Committee. Abstracts, accepted for the Abstract Book will be announced on 2nd April 2010.
Submission guidelines
1. Abstracts must be submitted in comprehensible English.
2. Titles should be entered in the "Abstract Title" field (not as part of the abstract) and should contain no more than 30 words. The system will not allow you to enter more than 30 words.
3. Abstract text should be entered in the "Abstract Text" field and should contain no more than 300 words. The system will not allow you to enter more than 300 words. Single space all text. Do not leave blank lines. Use standard abbreviations. Place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word the first time it appears. Write numbers as numerals rather than words. In case of any special characters, please use the character map to insert special symbols.
4. The person submitting the abstract should be one of the authors (either presenting or co-author) in that abstract. Authors' names and institutions should be entered in the appropriate fields. The following data is required for the "Company / Institute" field - Name of the Institution, Department, City and Country.
5. The main author (the one submitting the abstract) must indicate on the abstract submission form which of the named authors will be presenting the poster. All those attending must register for the Congress individually. The number of co-authors is unlimited.
6. The main author is responsible for communicating with all co-authors and with the Telepathology 2010 Congress Secretariat concerning his/her abstract.
