Registration prior to the congress has been closed. You are welcome to register on-site!

The deadline for early registration is 1 May, 2010. Registration form must be completed and participation fees paid by that date. The prices are indicated in Euro.

 * Reduced registration fees are applied for the members of IAT, LPS, COST Telepathology, DICOM WG 26, IHE AP, IHTSDO, HL7, ESP, DPA

Important! do not forget to put your full name and Congress name "Telepathology" on the bank transfer. All bank fees must be paid by the participant.

Please note that payments from Lithuanian delegates can be transferred in Litas, exchanging Euro according to the official exchange rate 1 Eur = 3,4528lt.

Late fee will be applied regardless of when the registration was received.

Important! If you register as an Early Bird, the fee should reach the account not later than May 1st, 2010.

Confirmation of Registration

The registration will be confirmed by email after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Congress are strongly recommended to contact the Congress Secretariat by email info@telepathology2010.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Before May 15th, 2010
  The payment will be fully refunded except for the 50 Eur handling fee.
• After May 15th, 2010
  No payment will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
Please note, that in cases when you are not able to participate, changing participant name is always possible free of extra charge.
